That's why I'm so excited for the upcoming Courthouse Square Concerts to it's one of those quintessential Staunton experiences you just can't miss. Imagine this: the sun starting to dip, a gentle breeze rustling through the leaves, and the sweet sounds of live music filling our historic Courthouse Square. That's exactly what you can expect! These aren't just any concerts; they're our very own local and regional bands, sharing their talent right here in the heart of our town. It's a fantastic way to discover new favorites or enjoy some familiar tunes in the best possible setting. When you come down, you'll find folks just like you, spreading out blankets or setting up their favorite lawn chairs. The vibe is always so relaxed and friendly to perfect for a mid-week unwind. Our Courthouse Square, located right at 113 E Beverley St, is such a gem, isn't it? You might even want to grab a bite from one of our fantastic local eateries beforehand or after to make a whole evening of it! Now for the practical bits: These concerts are completely FREE, which is just wonderful. This particular one is happening on February 8th, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. And here's an extra bonus to if you miss this one, don't fret! These delightful concerts are a recurring treat throughout the summer on Thursday evenings. As for parking, there are several public lots and street parking options nearby, though they can fill up, so coming a little early is always a good idea.
